This 2013 (7667km) commercial grade, custom fabricated 30ft food truck was designed for efficiency and productivity. The double-dome brick oven is equipped with a rotating natural Italian stone floor with an integrated heating element which eliminates “cold spots” on the oven floor. There is a wood burning section and two 100-pound propane tanks for maintaining optimum and consistent oven temperature. The rear-end of the truck has been cut at an angle (will not bottom-out) and leaf-springs were added beneath for added support and comfort. An auxiliary kitchen is not necessary as all equipment and small wares are on the truck.
