2 large concession windows. Diamond plated aluminum flooring with rubber covering. Up-right cooler and prep station cooler Last engine and transmission maintenance – Engine was replaced with a rebuilt Cummings Diesel engine approx. 4 1/5 years ago. The rebuilt engine had 91,000 miles on it at time of purchase. This was the last time that both the engine and transmission received maintenance. That was no greater than 6,000 – 7,000 driven miles ago. We do not have current permits. Last obtained 2020 Brand of kitchen equipment - Atosa Maintenance required: Oil change Needs new outside wrap Front passenger side headlamp needs replacing Generator requires full maintenance (possible replacement) Fire Suppression System needs recharged Odometer has not worked since before we purchased the truck Original truck front cab AC does not work Both the electrical system and propane system have been inspected and passed all requirements Why are we selling – the truck and the subsequent business proved to be successful. The food sold was highly regarded and sales were very strong. What we were not ready for is the amount of work it takes to operate a food truck. We are 67 and 64 years old. Certainly we are not of prime food truck running age. This is the only reason we are selling the truck.
