About Mark's Specialty Seafood
Mark moved from Florida to Sparta, TN in 2012. While he fell in love fast with his new community, he found one thing sorely lacking in the culinary scene – seafood whipped up in the style of the Sunshine State. Now, you can catch Mark rolling through the city in this trailer bringing residents of Tennessee some oceanic eats made with distinct Southern flavor.
