The Classic BAP

Sticky rice bowl topped with garlic spinach, blanched bean sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, sweet n salty braised GMO-free soy beans, house-made kimchi, topped with an overeasy egg. This bowl contains no meat.

The Chicken BAP

Sticky rice bowl with garlic greens, blanched bean sprouts, carrots, sweet n salty braised soy beans, house-made kimchi, chicken bulgogi (breast meat, marinated in sweet soy), and topped with an overeasy egg.

The Beef BAP

Sticky rice bowl with garlic greens, blanched bean sprouts, carrots, sweet n salty braised soy beans, house made kimchi, beef bulgogi (thin sliced flank steak marinated in sweet soy), and topped with an overeasy egg.

The Vegan BAP

Sticky rice bowl with garlic greens, blanched bean spouts, carrots, house-made vegan kimchi (when available), sweet n salty braised soy beans, baby bella mushrooms.

The Lunch BAP

A smaller, simpler version of our full size bowls, available only from 11-2. Sticky rice bowl with garlic greens, blanched bean sprouts, and carrots, topped with chicken bulgogi. May add kimchi or overeasy egg for additional charge.

Kimbap

Rice with fillings rolled up in roasted nori. Korean style sushi roll. 10 slices. Rolls may vary. Ask about the Kimbap of the day.

About Mmm BAP

This truck is what happens when a Korean-American goes to a traditional French culinary school and then applies those techniques to her traditional Korean cuisine. Some fusion, some traditional, all tasty and well executed. Mmm BAP is breaking down the barriers between the American people and Korean cuisine. As an extra bonus for celiacs and anyone else with a gluten free diet, all food is served from a non-contaminated gluten free kitchen.
