Here's the scoop. For centuries, the Jews and the Chinese have loved each other's food. At the end of the 20th century, daring food explorers began to marry these two cuisines and create a provocative and modern fair called Jewnese. M.O.Eggrolls is the first gourmet food truck to bring this new flavor to Los Angeles.
Crispy wrappers, toasted ends and overflowing filling makes a Montreal eggroll better than any other. Our eggrolls are rolled tightly around copious amounts of exotic fillings, leaving the ends open to become brown and toasty. The end bites are the most coveted bites of a Montreal eggroll!
Combine equal parts seasonal, local and kosher ingredients, wrap in a fine eggroll skin and lightly fry to crispy crunchy deliciousness and you have a M.O.Eggroll. The menu is rooted in the traditions that Mom and Bubby taught, but is inspired by modern techniques, and the pursuit of super tasty grub. Bright and crisp accompaniments and house made dipping sauces cleanse the pallet between rich and succulent mouthfuls of eggroll. Wash it all down with an ice cold cup of organic iced tea. M.O.Eggrolls is kosher certified and supervised by Rabbi Susan Leider. Everything in our Los Angeles food truck is made with kosher and natural ingredients. The M.O.E. menu includes Michael's classic Montreal style chicken eggroll, along with seasonal favorites that will change regularly.
