About Monsieur Madame
Monsieur Madame was created by husband and wife French duo, Jeremie and Nissa Banet. Nissa grew up in her family kitchen where she learned the fine art of French cooking with an Algerian twist. Jeremie also comes from a long lineage of gastronomes. His grandmother, Odette Kahn was writing cookbooks before it was fashionable, plus she owned and directed the famous French specialized magazine “Cuisine et vins de France”. MM is the culinary adventure of this French Family, here in California. Everything from MM is made fresh, using the highest quality ingredients and always, prepared with dedication and care.
