We’re on a mission. We fell in love with this paratha bread and said, “We have to do something with it. It’s so good.” That was our mission.
I wouldn’t say I’m a chef as much as my family growing up had restaurants and we love making bread. So that’s what we do to spend time. We’re foodie people.
I was brought up with food. My family is Italian. I fell in love with tacos too and then making this bread. I just kind of merged my love for food with my love for bread.
I have an older brother who has three restaurants. He loved my product and said, “You need to do it. If you’re going to do it, do it now. Take a chance on your dream.”
We love all the events. We really like the fun ones where there’s a lot of music and people are really festive. The hot air balloons? They’re a lot of fun.
The pork paratha taco. That was my signature dish. We use good spices and then some pickling cabbage. We put a little zest with lime and it’s really good.
