The Mouse Trap is giving Provo a better way to do provolone. Or really any melted cheese. It's a food truck doling out gourmet grilled cheese that turns the snack staple into a full-flavored experience that'll have every tastebud on your tongue humming a tune. A tune that sounds a whole lot like "mmmmmm". Trap your hunger in a vice-like grip with nowhere to escape as you demolish your choice of creation - from savory pork varieties, to spicy chicken, to dessert sandwiches that'll end every journey with a sweet reward.
