Mushaboom is a vegan burger truck cruising around South Florida. Mushaboom's aim is to bring delicious and healthy vegan burgers to the people! Our handmade Mushaburgers are nothing like the frozen and boxed veggie burgers that many people are used to. We use only the freshest ingredients in our burgers. With our recipes, we try to capture the comfort of the all-American burger, while still being inventive with ingredients and toppings. Our menu is 100% vegan, meaning no meat, poultry, fish, egg, or dairy of any kind. Our Mushaburgers don't try to act like meat burgers, they are something all their own. The veggies, beans, and grains run the show.
We are Nicole Fournier and Kristina Vogtner, recent college graduates and long time friends. We were fed up with the lack of vegan and vegetarian options in South Florida and thought it would be a pretty great idea to start a vegan burger joint. What was just a passing comment became an obsession, until we said, "We can really do this!" Cue the montage of countless recipe tests, business planning, and dance breaks, and there you have it! We are thrilled to bring our dream to life and really hope that you enjoy our food as much as we do. See you at the truck!
