About Naked Chorizo

Naked Chorizo is a Spanish Filipino Mobile Food Truck in San Francisco! We make Chorizo Sliders, Naked Chorizo Adobo Combos, Chorizo Lumpia Spring Rolls Burritos, and over rice and egss rice plates. Naked Chorizo got it's name from translating chorizong hubad, literally. Chorizong hubad is a Spanish chorizo brought by the Spaniards to the Philippines. Over time it developed into a unique Filipino dish, blending the best of the islands with the best of Spain.
