New Hickory's chef, Jeffrey Chambless Rhodes, is a Tennessee native trained and practiced in the culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, The Plumed Horse and Chez TJ in San Francisco, and Parkside in Austin. Nothing compares to home, though, and once he knew his skills were up to snuff, Chef Rhodes returned home to bring the best of his Southern cuisine to the Nashville streets.
