Gumbo is a stew served over white rice. It consists primarily of a strongly-flavored stock, with smoked andouille sausage, shredded chicken & okra, and the Cajun trinity of vegetables, namely celery, bell peppers, and onions. [NOT SPICY]
Red Jambalaya is a little spicy and very flavorful rice dish with shrimp and smoked andouille sausage.
Red Beans & rice – VEGETERIAN or add smoked andouille sausage. Cooked with holy trinity of vegetables, namely celery, bell peppers, and onions.
Etoufee – crawfish stew with a blond roux served over white rice.
Crab cake burger – served on slightly toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles and Cajun aioli.
Lobster grilled cheese- Served on a sourdough bread with provolone cheese hint of Cajun seasonings and Cajun aioli.
Andouille Sausage Grilled Cheese – Served on a sourdough bread with provolone cheese, mixture of bell peppers, red onions and smoked andouille sausage.
Beignets – French pastry with lots of powdered sugar on top.
