We will support local agriculture and operate on the greenest scale as much as possible! We also are very openly conscious with gluten-free, peanut-free, and vegetarian ideals! Our breakfast menu is that of a small country kitchen with a few star items, but not too many. After all... who likes having to choose from a million things first thing in the morning?! Lunch and late-night menus consist of everything from our "soon to be" signature Pork Boulettes (deep fried pulled pork sandwich balls with an original zangy slaw dip), Homemade Jamaican Beef Patties, and even our "Swole" Egg roll (a 1/3 pound egg roll) and much much more. Rumor has it, that our food truck is the largest, most equipped truck in the metro area and our menu is going to reflect... efficient, effective, and large!
