About Pharaoh's Fam
Chef Kirollos grew up in Cairo. He learned to make the foods he loved over the years via experimentation, mastering the art of cooking via trial and error. Upon moving to the United States, he studied engineering at USC. However, his interest in his first love - food - never waned. Eventually, he decided to turn his passion into a profession via his own food truck.
