What about the second part of their name? Pop-up Poutine & Patisserie began as a baking hobby. Founder, Stephan Beauchesne, has been making his signature cream puffs, gougeres and eclairs since 2002 after completing a baking course at the esteemed L'Academie de Cuisine, while co-founder Greta Ober has a wealth of experience in marketing, as well as being the official taster. With their talents combined, Pop-up Poutine & Patisserie has become a huge success.
