PVD Pudding Pops began as a middle-of-the-night idea in the summer of 2011, and almost a year later and with the help of many wonderful people, it's a real Pudding Pop bicycle cart on the streets of Providence! The pops are made in small batches right here in PVD with Rhody Fresh milk and cream, and other straightforward ingredients. They come in pudding-inspired flavors like Classic Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, and Butterscotch and RI Coffee Milk, with seasonal and experimental flavors added to the lineup throughout the Pudding Pop season. The goal of PVD Pops is not only to provide creamy, refreshing, locally-made pops to cool you off and perk you up, but to have fun doing it! I want to create a venue (albeit a mobile one) where people can gather, talk, eat, and most importantly, laugh and feel good.
