One night 2 couples (Three Colombians and one American) were out partying in Downtown Orlando. On the way home we were hungry and reminiscing Colombian fast food that is often served on the streets as part of the partying experience, as you would find in Medellin or Miami (our second home). Downtown Orlando had nothing to offer to satisfy our craving for Colombian fast food. It all started as a dream and within a month’s time it became a reality. We created a great team where each one of us has been able to complement the business and strengthen our vision for Que Rico Colombian Fast Food. The Food Truck business has been explosive. We wanted to be a part of this phenomenon for many reasons. It was a perfect opportunity for our college kids to be employed and still enjoy the adventures of night life. Our desire is to provide a little taste of our Colombian culture to our customers, so they can experience warm customer service, dancing music, and tasty food.
