About R U Cereal

R U Cereal is a food truck like none other in Denver - like none other in Colorado, even, combining the two best meals on the planet, breakfast and dessert, to create original, edible art that'll make you feel 8 years old again. Namely, because if you were 8 years old, this is the food truck you'd probably design. Cereal is naturally the main attraction here, but the way it's delivered is where all the real action is. Opt to go traditional if you must, with cereal and milk (including almond), or dress it up a bit with scoops of ice cream, in a milkshake, on a donut or a cupcake, over yogurt or oatmeal, or one of several pre-made acts of absurdity. Local partnerships with ice cream shops and bakeries ensure there's never a lack of rotating specialties to entice your tastebuds, and vegan/GF options are plentiful. No matter who you are, there's something on the truck to bring you back to Saturday morning cartoons and blissful, uninhibited glee. And if you're still not completely sold on any of this we have four words for you: Ice Cream Cereal Nachos. Oh they also have cold brew, just to keep it refined, you know. MUST TRY * Pray For Snow, which mashes up Frosted Flakes with Sno Caps and dusts the whole shebang with powdered sugar * Bowlmates, which marries Reese's Peanut Butter Puffs together with Reese's Cups in a union of (you guessed it) peanut butter. You may now kiss yourself.
