Random Treats was co-founded on February 22, 2012 by Lore Lavelle and Kimberly Clausell. They wanted to take full advantage a booming gourmet food truck industry which is poised for today’s slow-growing economy.
Lore Lavelle is a native of Southern California and is familiar with the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. She is currently enrolled as a senior at California State University Dominguez Hills in the Business Administration Program with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She has taken numerous courses relevant to this business venture (i.e. accounting, business finance, business law, business management, and marketing).
Kimberly Clausell is a native of Southern California and is familiar with the Los Angeles metropolitan area. She received her A.A from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary arts in Atlanta, Georgia and has set forth in making a career in her passion of cooking. Kimberly has worked in several restaurants but still thrives in making an impact on peers by introducing gourmet and innovative foods.
