RedHot is the brainchild and love of chef/owner Craig Langworthy. With more than 20 years experience in the food service industry, the former restaurant owner, and caterer to some of Columbus’ top executives, yearned for more direct contact with his customers. With the food truck craze literally racing across the nation, Craig knew he needed to bring it to the people. The idea of a mobile kitchen would put him in closer contact with the customers that he loves to cook for and the people that he thrives on meeting. Craig spent nearly 6 months planning his mobile gourmet kitchen and making it a reality. Housed in a vintage 1971 Airstream, RedHot has been dubbed one of the “coolest looking food trucks in town” and the food stands up to the hype. Specializing in tex-mex-fusion, chef Craig believes in using locally grown food whenever possible and our menu changes to reflect availability. Menu items range from soups and salads to quesadillas and tacos - all with a gourmet flair. Look for roasted asparagus and goat cheese quesadillas - Hoisin rib tacos with cabbage slaw - pumpkin, jalapeno, and feta quesadillas and more.
