Revival Southern Food Company was launched in October 2011, by Adam Bettis and Crash with the belief that good food should not be hard to find. On the heels of the national food truck craze, Revival was designed to offer an amazing meal prepared fresh daily with local ingredients and at a reasonable price. Owners Crash and Adam rely on influences from New Orleans, Charleston, and other regions across the deep-south to bring you a unique culinary experience on the streets of Memphis and surrounding areas.
Crash, the beauty behind the operation and a 3 year Memphian, cut his teeth in kitchens working for some of the best chefs and restaurateurs in the Southeast. After traveling to Charleston, New Orleans, Oxford, MS, Hilton Head, and St. Kitts, this BBQ award winner moved to the Blues & BBQ Mecca of the world and planted roots to pursue his lifelong dream of being charged with "Driving While Caramelizing".
