The truck is called Saucy 'Stache (as in mustache) and our concept is that guests choose their base (roasted potatoes, rice, noodles, yucca, etc), then choose their meat (grilled chicken, beef, jumbo shrimp), and then choose from 15+ gourmet sauces. We mix up their choices on the grill and serve! Our sauces have unique flavors like bacon maple butter, ninja garlic, guava-banana-barbeque.
