After working in restaurants for many years and knowing what I have to offer from my food, I’m ready to do my own thing. I wanted a restaurant of my own but building a restaurant isn't cheap. So the next best thing is a mobile food truck. It is a fraction of the price of owning a restaurant and my favorite part? Being on the streets of any energetic city where street cuisine has its finger on the pulse of the city.
The concept is simple - Japanese and Mexican cuisines fused together in a simple but unique package. The ingredients that make up the “engine” are from typical Japanese dishes twisted and infused with Mexican flavors and packaged using traditional Mexican “vehicles” (street tacos, burritos and quesadillas) to create very unique and amazing meals. All of our items are made from scratch and most of our ingredients will be sourced as local as possible. My concentration is not just on serving street food, but on making it a unique dining experience for people by using fresh ingredients and making everything to order.
