Spice It Up Café is the first anime themed Asian-Fusion dessert truck that is dedicated in creating new and exciting desserts based on the popular street foods of Asia. About Alex Alex Tiphayachan the owner of Spice It Up Café is a culinary graduate and experienced personal chef. I have always been passionate about food and travel and my goal in life was to be able to merge both passions into one. During my travels to Asia I noticed they were doing some really innovative things with desserts, especially with crepes where they would wrap them in a very bright wrapper and roll them into a giant ice cream cone. I thought this was an amazing concept and wanted to bring my own touch to how these crepes are made, by using high quality ingredients such as freshly whipped whip cream for every crepe as well as organic free range eggs in our batter and freshly sliced fruit. Along with Japanese crepes, we also make fresh warm mini donuts tossed in a variety of flavors, such as cinnamon and sugar as well as green tea powder. We always serve our donuts warm for every customer. We also serve "roti", which is a Thai style crepe that is very popular as a common street food in Thailand. Best described as a cross between a crepe and a puff pastry, with a buttery flaky texture that is truly a desirable combination and very popular with locals as well as tourists in Thailand.
