The Rolling Cones food truck is bringing a brand new brand of eating to Milwaukee, and it's a brand you're gonna wanna know real well, we're talking inside & out. Chef Mike Barber's had a wide variety of experience and influences, and now fuses everything he's learned into cones of bread; stuffing them with mouth-watering breakfast, lunch and dinner options that'll make you re-think the way you've always eaten them. A plate is fine and all, but a cone you can take anywhere, and you can actually eat it too. When you think about it logically, it's almost so obvious it's absurd.
