The Shallow Cat creates unique gourmet hotdogs using only Nathan's all beef bigger than the bun franks. We also serve up the most amazing pulled pork and jerk chicken nachos. If those don't tickle your fancy try our specialty Poboys which include a muffuletta on toasted French bread or a Cajun club Poboys loaded down with Cajun turkey, roast beef, ham, bacon, provolone cheese, and dipped in au jus. Fresh and seriously fast!
