No one ever said college was easy, right? Between course work, extracurriculars, and maintaining a social life, you don’t always have time to cook. (And, at times, your dorm’s cafeteria can get a little tiring.) University of Buffalo students are in luck, however, as they’re provided with the saving grace of UB Big Blue. This food truck rolls around campus serving up tasty food for hungry students.
What’s on the menu? You’ll find all your standard comfort food fare like burgers, loaded tater tots, mac and cheese, and plenty of hearty sandwiches. Once in awhile, an international option will pop up. You can sample Mediterranean eats such as chicken souvlaki and falafel. Try some Indian-inspired cuisine like samosas or mac and cheese infused with Indian spices if you happen upon the truck on the right day. Looking for a vendor for an event in or around campus? Book with UB Big Blue. You won’t regret it.
Pulled Pork Tater Tots - Nothing makes a bed of crisp-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside tater tots better than topping them with pulled pork, gravy, and cheese curds.
