O' Wacho

We cut up some Belgium waffles, deep fry them, cover them with fried chicken tenderloin pieces and double-smoked bacon then parmersan & cheddar cheese drizzle and fresh scallions then a quick drizzle of sirracha/maple syrup for some heat.

'O' Philly Cheese Steak

Sliced ribeye, smothered with sauteed onion & green bell peppers and Swiss cheese then laid on a round Belgian waffle.
