About Waki Paki

Coriander. Cumin. Chili. Ginger. Mo Burki grew up with the intense and fragrant flavors of his family's native home in Pakistan and spent years hovering over his mother Anise in the kitchen. Influenced by her cooking, Mo, formerly a mechanical engineer, is now bringing a fusion of the food he grew up with and the famous "street food" of Pakistan to Salt Lake City, in a truck he custom built.
