City: Ashburn, VA Born and raised in Chicago, my wife and I enjoyed Hot dogs, Italian Beef and Pizza Puffs are part of your daily meals. We moved to Northern VA back in 1998 and have been searching for a Chicago style dog and Italian beef ever since. I remember looking in the phone book for Chicago Style restaurants or hot dog joints but could not find any. I was just so used to eating a hot dog or a beef sandwich whenever you felt like it, walking down to the nearest Beef Place or Jimmy’s when you have that late night craving. Many years later, we’ve come to realize that if you want a hot dog here in VA, you can get them at Costco or for your late night craving, at the neighborhood 7/11. Well, in my opinion and those who have tasted a Chicago Style dog will agree with me, none of these compare to a Chicago Style Hot dog. After years of craving and only being able to get them from family and friends that brings tubs of Italian Beef or ordering online, here we are, opening our own Chicago Style. In 2008, we opened our location in Ashburn in the Blue Mount Nursery, and just this year in Downtown Leesburg. We’re bringing a Taste of Chicago to Northern Virginia – sharing the wonderful Chicago Style hot dogs, Polish, Italian Beef and Pizza Puffs just the way Chi-Town serves them up.
