Husband and wife team John and Autumn Filburn truly want their customers to enjoy their food. Both have an incredible passion for all things cooking. John, in fact, worked in the food industry in Arizona for ages, working his way up from a sous chef to a corporate chef. Eventually, John decided to be his own boss and rolled into Bay City, Michigan to open his very own food trailer. With that, 5-2-Oh was born.
