An homage to the owner’s grandmother, who was born in Cuba and lived there until the age of 16, Abuela’s Kitchen is bringing a host of Cuban cuisine to the streets of Las Vegas, NV. If you’re looking to embrace the city’s eclectic culinary offerings, keep your eyes peeled for this truck rolling through a neighborhood near you. The menu sports a myriad of traditional Cuban dishes. You can, of course, try a plate of beans and rice packed with the aromatic blend of spices that give the Cuban iteration of this dish that extra kick.
