What is the story behind your business' name?
1992, our founder Albert immigrated to the United States from Armenia with his two children and spouse. At first, he worked as a car wash cleaner in hopes of earning enough tips to help grow a future for himself and his family. 1993, Albert bought his first ever ice cream truck and drove daily 12-hour shifts in the San Fernando Valley for the next 28 years with this same brown/tan truck accumulating hundreds of thousands of miles. 2018, Albert with his son Alex, now CEO, upgraded their truck to what you see today to allow for private party rentals. From that day forward this small family business continues to grow offering creative and unique catering options for all private events, corporate gatherings, and movie sets. Till this day all processes including serving, delivery, setup, creating and maintaining our website, marketing, and advertising are done in-house. Since 2018, we’ve expanded our fleet to include push carts, bicycle carts, scooped ice cream carts, and a vintage VW Bus ice cream truck. We’ve progressed from pre-packaged ice cream to offering scooped ice cream.
