Da Aloha moco, is a delicious way to cure any hunger. It’s 2 of our tasty homemade burgers mixed with aloha, placed gently onto a bed of our medium grained white rice, covered with 2 perfectly made over easy eggs, smothered with our homemade Aloha gravy.

Our teriyaki ginger chicken is a protein we marinate for upto 48 hours. Deep fried and sautéed to perfection. Garnished with sesame seed. And served with Aloha.

Kauai’s secret smoke-meat, is pork portioned and marinated in grampas old kalbi sauce modernly tweeted to perfection by his 2 favorite grandsons. Cubed and sautéed in a pan with onions softly carmelized and drizzled with our own sweetened oyster sauce

“Da char-siu smoke-meat” is our portioned pork marinated in char-siu and smoked for 6 hours. Cubed and sautéed in a pan, with onions carmelized and served with aloha!!!!

The chicken cutlet, is a breaded tenderloin deep fried, sliced and placed gently on to a bed of our medium grained white rice, and smothered with our aloha brown gravy.

The Krazy cutlet moco is a breaded chicken tenderloin deep fried, sliced and placed gently on to our medium grained white rice, covered with 2 perfectly cooked over easy eggs and smothered with our ALOHA brown gravy.

“Da Fire” Poke Bowl

Da fire poke bowl got its name not because it’s spicy but because Ahi in Hawaiian means FIRE. The fish that we prepare is also fire!!! So therefor we got Da Fire Poke Bowl. It’s tuna cubed and mixed in with sesame oil, Hawaiian salt, tobiko and avocado placed on a bed of sushi rice smothered with wasabi mayo. And drizzled with unagi sauce and poi. Garnished with crunchy onions and ocean salad.
