What is the story behind your business' name?
We did a small back yard part in my back yard for one of my daughters, one of my invites liked the presentation and food, convinced me to do the same theme for their private party, we did and now this turned out into a business, going from our basic 50 guest package to our biggest event in 2015 hosting an event for 2000 guests.

It all started with a birthday party. The owner hosted a barbecue, featuring tacos, for their daughter. It was such a hit, a neighbor asked them to cater an event. One thing led to another, and news of these pristine eats spread rapid-fire across Orange County, CA. Now, Alvaro’s Taco is poppin’ up across the Golden State with the taco bar to end all taco bars.
