American Flavors Soft Serve brings sweet creativity to Lake County with a custom-built food truck designed for soft serve lovers who like to mix things up. Founded by a husband-and-wife team who traded in careers in A/C and accounting for something more fun, this trailer serves handcrafted soft serve made from vanilla and chocolate bases that can be transformed into over 50 flavors.

Guests can choose from their natural extract flavors to create their own signature treat, served in a cup or waffle cone and topped with an assortment of syrups or toppings. For something extra refreshing, the menu also includes shakes, blends, slushes, and freezes made with the same customizable options. The menu also includes Dole Soft Serve® in strawberry or pineapple available in cup or waffle cone, shake or slush float.

Every dessert from American Flavors Soft Serve reflects the care, creativity, and hard work that went into building the business from the ground up, making it a local favorite for ice cream fans who love variety and fun.
