When Carl & Greta Anderson opened up shop in 1946, Anderson’s Frozen Custard was a simple frozen custard shop. Today, their legacy of roast beef, ice cream, and of course, frozen custard still lives on at their 6 shops in Western New York, as well as Anderson’s Food Truck.
We already know you’re ending your meal with some frozen custard, but what happens before that? Roast beef, for starters, is mandatory. Whether you’re having it in a sandwich or on top of mac & cheese, you can’t leave Anderson’s without any. Baked potatoes are another big move, as are their classic curly fries and onion rings.
