Angry Archie's is a food truck with a pedigree, and it's serving Jersey City (and beyond) a menu of comforts that's as imaginative as it is delicious. Seafood's the main attraction here, and it's doled out bigger and better than any truck in Jersey, from fresh crab cake to a knockout lobster roll that puts others to shame. Chef Chris Curado has traveled the world and learned from the best, through intensive time in Italy and at various James Beard events in NYC.
