Archibald & Woodrow’s BBQ has been a family affair for over 50 years. In 1962, George and Betty Archibald opened Archibald BBQ. George’s grandson, Woodrow Washington III, eventually took the reins in 2002. Now known as Archibald Woodrow’s BBQ, this business has multiple locations across the Northport and Tuscaloosa, AL area. This includes a food truck and catering company. As decades worth of trial and error went into these recipes, you know this is barbecue done exactly right.
Meats here are slow-smoked over hickory wood, giving them a bacon-y flavor that really brings out that delicious smoky taste.
