Venezuelan food tends to be underrepresented in Washington, but luckily for us, Arepa is here to change things around. The truck is an unabashed titan of the Olympia street food scene thanks to their eponymous arepas, and a grand slam with the locals. It goes without saying that arepas are the move here (stuffed with things like shredded beef, roasted pork loin, and caramelized onions) but that doesn’t mean you should sleep on their multitude of other goodies, like fried plantains, yuca fries, and agua frescas.
