What is the story behind your business' name?

"The origin of Puerto Rican gastronomy is based on a fusion of different influences throughout its history, making its cuisine a unique, rich, and distinctive flavor. In Aromas Café, you will find high-quality dishes made with the best and finest local ingredients. We will be serving our local community of Youngsville, Lafayette, and Broussard among other cities in Louisiana. We will introduce a unique concept of Caribbean food and will offer a nice and friendly environment to our customers. Our goal is to be the place that people from our community come to when they want to experience a new culture of food. Our menu will consist of daily lunches, sandwiches, skewers with recipes from a family generation of Caribbean flavor."
