About ASH Woodfired
A local favorite since 2014, ASH Woodfired Truck is known for smashing it with top-quality pizza. The truck that won Portland’s 2015 Pie Hard contest is devoted to making pies exclusively with local, seasonal ingredients from Portland’s finest farms and foragers.
Though ASH’s toppings and ingredients—like maitake mushrooms, green garlic, and Castelvetrano olives—are no joke, it’s the crust that you’re here for. The sourdough crust is made fresh each day, having fermented overnight with wild yeast made from a local grape starter, giving the ‘za a light, airy texture and distinct flavor. The best part?
