What is the story behind your business' name?

I decide to name the company Asona, after my clan, since the flavors of our meals are centered around their cuisine.

About Asona Cuisine

Asona Cuisine's food truck is a punch of pleasing flavors brought to Hillsboro, Oregon by owners focused on the gorgeous meld of Ghanaian and Jamaican cuisine. They grew up with delicious dishes filled with bold and unforgettable flavors, and they reflect those memories in their food.

Cater your celebrations and occasions with traditional Kontomre (spinach stew) and Kelewele (spiced sweet plantains). Bring in beautiful Bofrot puffed desserts or Jamaican spiced buns.
