Husband name is Barry Richards so we just shorten the name and said B-Rich.

B-Rich BBQ & Catering brings Houston decades of pit mastery, built from over twenty five years in the barbecue world and shaped into a family run food trailer with real heart. What started on an open trailer serving burgers and fries grew into a smoke driven operation focused on passing down craft, pride, and a future for the next generation. This is barbecue with roots, patience, and a whole lot of personality.

The menu leans into Texas favorites done right, featuring pork ribs, chicken leg quarters, and brisket sliced or chopped to order. Signature sandwiches keep things fun and filling, including the Trishann stacked with brisket and links, the sliced three meat sandwich, and the Ultimate Chop loaded onto a hoagie bun. Every bite reflects time spent around smokers, not shortcuts.
