What is the story behind your business' name?

Our Chef is an avid fan of Pulp Fiction and Collette had been researching different styles of food trucks in the city. She noticed there were no oyster trucks in Philly and once she said that- Zack immediately thought of the wallet scene with Samuel L Jackson and the rest is history!
