What is the story behind your business' name?

I spent half my life growing up in Bangkok and I used to work in tech. That made me technically a tech bro from Bangkok. Bro in Thai culture also implies warmth and care- someone who looks out for you. That's the kind of culture I'm creating with my team and my customers

About Bangkok Bro

  • Asian Owned (AAPI)
  • Family Business
  • Immigrant Owned
  • Minority Owned
Bangkok Bro rolls through New York City with the energy of Bangkok’s late-night streets and the heart of a founder who traded tech hustle for sizzling woks. Growing up in Bangkok, Chef Ebay knows that street food is more than a quick bite, it is a rhythm of life. From that craving for real Thai eats came a menu built around authenticity, grit, and flavors that stick with you.

This food truck skips the tourist-style plates and dives into the dishes locals crave after a long day, bringing the punch of Thai street cooking right to the sidewalks of Queens. Each order is fast, fresh, and full of the kind of flavor that makes people line up again and again. With a logo featuring the chef’s own face, Bangkok Bro is as much about personality as it is about food, creating a presence that stands out on the streets.

More than a meal on wheels, Bangkok Bro is about building a community that values quality, consistency, and connection. From hungry locals grabbing a lunch hour nosh to foodies searching for authentic Bangkok street flavors, the truck delivers with every plate. This is Thai street food served with drive, spirit, and a touch of New York grit.
