We originally started as Bao Wowz, but as the business grew, we wanted a name that felt more fun, memorable and true to our personality. That's how Bao Dat was born, a playful name that makes people smile and remember us.

Bao Wowz rolled into Kansas City in 2024 with a mission to shake up the street food scene with Asian fusion flavors that balance tradition and creativity. This food trailer is known for fluffy bao buns, hearty rice bowls, and proteins that pack personality into every bite. From the first glance at the menu, it is clear that Bao Wowz takes pride in using fresh ingredients and preparing them with care.
