Hormone-free chicken breast brined for 18 hours, grilled in a honey ginger glaze. Topped shredded carrots, thinly sliced apples, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.

Open-Faced Bao w/ Crispy Pork Belly

​Slow brined in a coriander/ginger reduction for 24hrs. then seared crispy and topped with cucumbers, honey hoison glaze, and sesame seeds.

Open-Faced Bao w/ Korean Soy BBQ (V)

Delicious protein substitute (soy) marinated in savory BBQ sauce. Topped with pickled purple cabbage, mixed greens, local sprouts and a sweet chili glaze.
