A quarter-pound all-beef frankfurter with Homemade chili, shredded cheese, and diced onions.
Banh Mi Dog
A quarter-pound (plus) all-beef frankfurter with diced pork belly, pickled veggies, cucumber, jalapeno, and sriracha aioli.
Classic Hot Dog
A quarter-pound all-beef frankfurter with ketchup and mustard.

6oz beef patty with Muenster cheese (because Barley is a monster), caramelized onions, arugula, tomato, garlic aioli, and bacon jam. All burgers come with a side of JoJo's! We serve 6oz fresh ground, flat top seared (not smashed) burgers with a blend of tri-tip and chuck. Served on a Kaiser Bun. GF Buns are available for $2 more. Vegetarian Patties available as well (Morning Star).
Black & Bleused Burger
6oz beef patty with smoked pork belly strips, thick slice of blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, crispy onions, and garlic aioli. All burgers come with a side of JoJo's! We serve 6oz fresh ground, flat top seared (not smashed) burgers with a blend of tri-tip and chuck. Served on a Kaiser Bun. GF Buns are available for $2 more. Vegetarian Patties available as well (Morning Star).
BBQ Burger

The menu centers on flat top seared burgers made from a tri tip and chuck blend, served on Kaiser buns with a side of JoJo’s. Favorites include the Barley Burger with Muenster cheese and bacon jam, the TropiKill Burger with smoked pork belly and grilled pineapple, and the Black and Bleused Burger topped with blue cheese and crispy onions. The truck also serves all beef hot dogs such as the Barley Dog, Chili Dog, and Banh Mi Dog, giving guests plenty of satisfying options.
Barley’s Burgers rounds out the menu with comforting sides including thick cut JoJo’s, chili loaded JoJo’s, and Thai curry sweet potato JoJo’s.
