It's been a wild ride for AJ Feeney-Ruiz, from a career in politics to studying Shao Lin kung fu in the mountains of Yuntai to culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. These years of experience have taught him his favorite things: Books, Bourbon, & Bacon, which he is ready to share with the fine folks of Indianapolis aboard the BB&B Bread Truck.
So what's on the menu at BB&B? Start with a Burger! His Green Chile Garlic Cheeseburger features two smashburger patties made of beef & applewood-smoked bacon, topped with American cheese and Hatch green chile mix, then served between house-made Hawaiian buns, painted with honey butter and garlic seasoning, then coated in bacon fat and chili aioli. You can also treat yourself to bacon-wrapped franks, stuffed with cheese, not to mention duck fat Korean fried chicken & waffles.
